Extra Large Dining Tables | Dining Tables with Leaves

Tables are generally 6 feet long and extend to 10-12 feet with leaves. A typical pedestal table will stand on two Duncan Phyfe pedestals.  10 foot tables are considered standard long dining room tables (rectangular )and 12 foot tables are banquet tables or extra long dining room tables.  Large dining tables like these may have a third pedestal for extra support.  Dining room tables with three pedestals are called triple pedestal tables.  Extra long dining tables, whether they have three pedestals or not, will have a heavier pedestals and stronger slides.  Most of the slides on our tables are American made and are made of steel. American slides are very strong  

The industry standard finish on all American tables is nitro-cellulose lacquer. This type of lacquer is glossy, perfectly clear, durable, and very resistant. Lacquer is the best protection for your table. We discuss individual table finishes in the product description.
